BECE begins peacefully at Abavana Cluster of Schools
This year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) began smoothly at the Abavana Cluster of Schools, with no reported incidents.
Mr Kwasi Botwey, Supervisor at Abavana Compound "A", told the GNA that all arrangements had been completed ahead of the examination.
He said the exam commenced at 0917 hours due to the late arrival of examination materials.
Mr Botwey stated that measures were put in place to ensure a smooth process devoid of disturbances.
"Before the exams, we cautioned them to be of good behaviour by avoiding examination malpractice and encouraged them to learn and pass well," he said.
