2025 School Placement to Begin on September 17 – GES Outlines Key Dates and Guidelines
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that the 2025 school placement exercise will officially commence on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, following the release of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) provisional results.
Addressing the press on Wednesday, August 27, the Director-General of GES, Professor Ernest Kofi Davis, assured parents, candidates, and stakeholders of a smooth, transparent, and error-free placement process.
Pre-Placement Verification
To minimise mistakes in the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS), GES has introduced a pre-placement review period from September 1 to 8, 2025.
