Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng III, the Omanhene of Kwahu Traditional Area, has presented specially customized 50th Anniversary Nike jerseys to Okwawu United Football Club.
The symbolic gesture was made to the club’s General Manager, Nana Kwame Dankwah, during a brief ceremony attended by the leadership of the supporters union and Nana Kwadwo Akuamoah, Dadiasehene.
The presentation forms part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of Okwawu United, one of Ghana’s historic football clubs with deep roots in the Kwahu area. The customized kits are expected to serve as a morale booster for both the playing body and supporters as the club seeks to regain its place in Ghana’s top-flight football.

The Kwahuhene’s donation reflects his continuous support for sports development and his commitment to strengthening the cultural and social bond between the traditional leadership and the people of Kwahu through football.
Supporters present at the ceremony expressed their gratitude to Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng III for his unwavering support and pledged their dedication to rally behind the team in its future endeavors.
