Information Services Department Invites Media to Cover Ghana’s 68th Independence Parade

The Information Services Department (ISD) has issued an official invitation to media houses for coverage of Ghana’s 68th Independence Parade, scheduled to take place at the Presidency on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 7:30 a.m.

In a press release signed by Mr. Samuel Antwi, Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) of the Media Relations Unit, media houses have been asked to nominate journalists for accreditation. The deadline for submission of nominations is Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Each media house will be allocated a maximum of two accreditations due to the high number of requests. To facilitate coverage, the ISD’s production team will provide clean/raw feed for media houses that wish to broadcast or stream the event live.

Media organisations already accredited to cover the presidency are allowed to deploy their reporters to cover the event.
