The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results. This was contained in a statement signed by Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, Acting Deputy Director-General (Q & A), on behalf of the Acting Director-General of GES.
According to the directive, all Regional Directors of Education are to promptly communicate the development to District Directors of Education and Heads of schools within their jurisdiction.
Admission Process

The GES emphasized that admissions must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. Schools are cautioned against admitting students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.
Reporting and Registration
Students who have been successfully placed are expected to report to their respective schools from October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have been tasked to ensure that registration is carried out smoothly in line with the guidelines provided.
Compliance and Monitoring
The statement further warned that any infractions, including unauthorized admissions, will attract administrative sanctions. Regional and District Directors are directed to provide supervisory support during the admission period to ensure transparency and accountability.
The GES reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a fair, transparent, and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year, urging all stakeholders to treat the exercise with urgency and seriousness.
