Donations to the Children’s Support Fund, established to care for the children of victims of the August 6, 2025 helicopter crash, have now reached GHS 3,576,600.00 and US$20,000.00, according to the Fund’s latest update.
Between August 19 and 28, several individuals, organizations, and institutions contributed generously to the Fund. The latest list of donors includes:

- Appaul Wiredu Lateef
- Samuel Hodalor
- Dauda Iddi
- ARB Apex Bank PLC
- STL Foundation
- Olam Agric
- Fidelity Bank Ghana
- ADB Bank
- GLICO General Insurance
- National Insurance Commission
Dr. Valerie Sawyerr, Senior Presidential Advisor on Governmental Affairs and Coordinator of the Fund, expressed appreciation to all who have donated so far. She emphasized that the contributions will go a long way in ensuring the welfare and education of the children left behind by the tragic accident.
Members of the public and corporate bodies are encouraged to continue donating. Contributions can be made through the following Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited (Stanbic Heights Branch, Accra) accounts:

Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to CHILDREN SUPPORT FUND 6825.
The Fund has also assured the public that a list of donors will be published weekly to maintain transparency.
