Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic stampede that occurred during the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) screening exercise on Wednesday, which claimed several lives and left many others injured.
In a heartfelt message, the Vice President extended her condolences to the bereaved families and wished the injured a speedy and full recovery.
“I am deeply saddened by the tragic stampede that occurred during yesterday’s military screening exercise. My heartfelt condolences go to the families who have lost their loved ones, and I wish the injured a swift and full recovery,” she said.
