On Monday, 22 August 2022, Ghanaian music performer Worlasi spent time with students at the University of Ghana, Legon campus in Accra.
As a guest speaker at the university’s department of English, he addressed more than 40 students in the afternoon during the English class named 'ENGL 314: Introduction to African Literature’.
Hosting him was the University of Ghana’s lecturer in English Dr. Kwabena Opoku-Agyemang who had announced the singer’s visit on Twitter.
The sole purpose according to the tweet was for the artiste to discuss “his craft, inspiration, etc with students who are eager to learn about his work.”
