Asante Kotoko break 13 year old Aduana jinx with win in Dormaa

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have finally exorcised the ghost that have haunted them at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park in Dormaa on New Year's day as they recorded their first ever win in Dormaa. The porcupine warriors inflicted a 2-0 defeat on Aduana Stars at the hitherto no go area in an entertaining game on New Year's day. Kotoko took control of the game after a good start from Aduana Stars with Emmanuel Gyamfi causing some problems for the porcupine warriors. The reds settled into the game and took total control with Mudasiru Salifu ,Richard Boadu and Richmond Lamptey dominating the midfield battle. Two suspects arrested over death of American IG model in Accra

Two suspects have been detained by the police over the death of an American Instagram model at a hotel in Accra on December 14, 2021. The suspects whose identities have been withheld are currently in police custody assisting with investigations. The American citizen, identified as Julie Diane Williams was found dead at the Rayporsh Hotel at Abelemkpe, a suburb of Accra, on December 14, 2021. A police statement dated December 31, 2021, by ACP Kwesi Ofori said her family in the US has officially been informed of the investigations being conducted into the circumstances leading to her death.
