Abesim Murder Suspect Buried Intestines In Cocoa Farm- Police

IT has been established by the Ghana Police Service that the suspect in the Abesim murder case buried the intestines of his victims in a cocoa farm. A Police statement to update the public said they had discovered where Richard Appiah buried parts of the bodies of his victims. “The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Headquarters team investigating the Abesim murder case has yesterday, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, discovered a place where suspect Richard Appiah buried the intestines of one of the murder victims,” the statement read in part. Hearts threatens court actions against media houses spreading false rumors about club

Ghanaian champions Accra Hearts of Oak have threatened to take legal actions against media houses that publish false rumors about the club. The Phobians in a statement released on Wednesday and signed by communication manager Kwame Opare Addo warned media houses to refrain from publishing untrue rumors about the club or answer questions in the court of law. This decision comes after it was reported that Belgian giants Royal Antwerp had tabled a deal worth $600,000 for winger Salifu Ibrahim, a story the club has come out deny. Several reports in the Ghanaian media indicated that the Belgian Jupiler Pro League outfit had submitted an offer for the services of the former Techiman Eleven Wonders. Bank of Ghana wins arbitration against Sibton Switch Systems Limited

A tribunal constituted under the auspices of the London International Court of Arbitration (LCIA) has issued an award in favour of the Bank of Ghana dismissing all claims brought by Sibton Switch Systems Limited in relation to the termination of the master agreement for the Ghana Retail Payment Systems Infrastructure in 2017. The tribunal also ordered Sibton Switch to make a substantial payment to the Central Bank in respect of its legal fees and costs of the arbitration.
