Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s CAF Champions league game against Mauritanian giants FC Nouadhibou has been scheduled to a new day.
The Reds will have three extra days to prepare for their Champions League opener after the tie was move to a new day.
The game was initially set for Friday 27th of November but the game has now been moved to Sunday 29th of November due to the country’s Independence celebration on Saturday, 28th November.
The venue for the game will host the country’s anniversary celebration forcing CAF to move the game to Sunday afternoon.
Asante Kotoko have already landed in the Mauritanian capital to continue preparations for the game.
fc Nouadhibou will host the Porcupines at the Nouakchott-Stade Cheika Boidiya on Sunday at exactly 4:00 pm local time and the return leg in Accra the next weekend.71
