Hearts or Kotoko? Stonebwoy struggles to choose between the two

Ghanaian singer Stonebwoy is caught in a dilemma as he struggles to choose between Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko. The 'Baafira" singer is struggling to choose whom to support among the two biggest clubs in Ghana. Stonebwoy took his indecision to social media as he ask fans which of the two he should go for. "Hearts or Kotoko? My support has been waiting at the bank where do i put it and why" he wrote on his twitter page. Despite confirming his love for the Phobians in an interview with country man Songo sometime back, it seems the Ashaiman based artists want to reconsider his decision. Shatta Wale declares support for Asante Kotoko

Ghanaian dancehall musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah known in showbiz as Shatta Wale has declared his full support for Kumasi Asante Kotoko. The self acclaimed dancehall king took the decision to support the Reds following the appointment of his Godfather Dr Kofi Abban as member of the new formed Board. Shatta Wale made the announcement in a post he tweeted on his official handle on Saturday. https://twitter.com/shattawalegh/status/1279378949575974912?s=20 Dr Kofi Abban was named as part of the 12 member board by Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, to steer the affairs of the club for for the next three years. The Danquah Institute, a policy think-tank has said its week-long tour of entry points in the Volta Region revealed no sign of military intimidation of indigenes as rumoured or feared to be the case. Directive for Domelevo to take leave not borne out of bad faith

The Office of the President Saturday said the decision by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo directing Mr Daniel Domelevo, Auditor-General, to proceed on his accumulated leave was not borne out of bad faith. COVID-19: Ghana records highest daily case of 758

Ghana's COVID-19 daily cases hit a record high of 758, bringing the total to 19,388, the Ghana Health Service Saturday reported on its portal. It also confirmed that 780 persons had recovered from the disease, bringing the total recoveries to 14,330 from a previous 13,550. The death toll, however, remains 117, from the last update, with the active cases being 4,941. Currently, 24 cases are considered severe with eight patients in critical condition and on ventilators. Out of the total confirmed cases, 7,932 were from general surveillance with 11,456 cases from enhanced contact tracing, the update stated.
