Allotey Jacobs unperturbed about suspension from NDC
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended a senior member of the party, Benard Allotey Jacobs.
However, the outspoken NDC member, who describes himself as a "social commentator" appears untroubled with the party's decision.
A statement from the party signed by the National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, said the party suspended Allotey Jacobs for his “anti-party conduct”
The statement said the party’s Functional Executive Committee acting on behalf of the National Executive COmmittee of the NDC at a meeting held today took the decision.
It said Mr. Allotey Jacobs’ suspension has been referred to the Disciplinary Committee of the party for further action to be taken.
The NDC has also taken a decision to boycott Peace fm Kokrokoo discussion programme.
